Have something exciting happening in our schools or programs? We’d love to hear about it! The Communications Office may highlight student achievements, events, and initiatives in district publications when space allows.

While we’re always happy to receive story ideas, please note that submissions do not guarantee publication, and how stories are shared will be determined as appropriate.

District Newsletters

Newscaster Cover Example

The Newscaster is the district’s quarterly print newsletter, mailed to district residents and caregivers of enrolled students. Current and past issues of the Newscaster are available on this page.

Announcements and Alerts

The district uses multiple channels to share important announcements, including:

  • School closings or delays

  • Emergency notifications

  • Time-sensitive district-wide updates

Urgent messages are typically sent through our opt-in automated notification system and may also be posted on the district updates webpage.
