Ten Chenango Valley High School seniors recently earned the New York State Seal of Biliteracy, recognizing their proficiency in a second language.

To earn the Seal of Biliteracy, students chose a topic of interest and spent several months researching and preparing a presentation in their target language. They then presented before judges at Broome-Tioga BOCES, demonstrating their skills in reading, writing, speaking, interpreting, and conversation.
