Elizabeth Donahue has served as the School Business Executive for the Chenango Valley Central School District since 2008. She is responsible for the oversight of district operations including facilities, transportation, food service, budget development, purchasing, capital projects, insurance, and civil service. She also organizes the district’s annual job fair to support recruitment efforts.
Prior to joining Chenango Valley, Mrs. Donahue spent 25 years in the banking and finance industry, attaining the title of Assistant Vice President and managing multiple branch offices. She also held licenses in financial investments and insurance and was responsible for regulatory and procedural compliance.
A proud graduate of the Thousand Islands Central School District and SUNY Oswego, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematical Economics. She is active in the local ASBO chapter and the Chenango Valley Alumni Association.
Mrs. Donahue and her husband, William (CV Class of 1977), live in the district. Their daughters, Megan (CV Class of 2007) and Ivy (CV Class of 2011), are both Chenango Valley graduates. They are proud grandparents of four grandchildren including Emma (CV Class of 2030) and Aiden (CV Class of 2032).
